Set on a brown umber stone washed Irish linen, beige collaged natural forms abstracted from Ben's Mum's sketchbook work in the 1990s and stitched down with fluid line.
The original drawn works were studies from Derek Jarman's 'Prospect Cottage' in Dungeness.
The fawn collaged shapes are applied to a stone washed brown Irish linen base with black stitch echoing drawn fluid line. The cushion back is beige, making it a negative and contrast to the front.
Each piece is made in Brighton by artists Ben & Andy by hand with dead-stock linen sourced from a vintage market behind the twofolde studio. The piece comes complete with an organic cotton removable cushion inner.
